Function

We offer our interns the possibility to start a career in our Group. We are currently looking for an intern to support us in the recruitment of various profiles for minimum 3 months.

Mission

Your responsibilities will include:

• Search for candidates through database and job boards
• Screening of candidates by phone
• Follow up candidates
• Update of our database
• Face to face interviews
• Edition of interview reports
• Support and participation in weekly meetings
• Support the team in other related tasks
• Participate in the life of the company

 Profile

We are looking for (under)graduates who match the following criteria:

• A Master or Bachelor degree or study in a field corresponding to Human Resources
• Minimum 3 consecutive months
• 5 days/week
• Fluent in English and Dutch OR French
• Good Microsoft Office skills
• Affinity with recruitment
• Flexible
