Our client active in the automotive sector based in Leuven, is looking for a Commercial Administrative Assistant (m/f)
As a Commercial Administrative Assistant, you work in a team and help you prepare and deal with the buying and selling process where you keep in touch with the customers and / or suppliers daily (by phone and in writing). You assist our purchasing and sales team and fulfil a wide variety of tasks such as: preparing and sending pro forma, checking payments, completing and classifying contracts, sending vehicle documents, updating and supplementing our database, etc. Also, insight and involvement with the commercial event and its administration is required.
- You preferably have at least 5 years’ experience in an administrative position or a Bachelor’s degree in an administrative manner;
- You have strong communication skills in Dutch, French and English. A basic knowledge of German is required;
- You can easily deal with Microsoft Office and internet applications;
- Customer-friendliness and customer satisfaction are your priority;
- You are assertive and stress resistant;
- You can work accurately, have an eye for detail and a sense of responsibility;
- You can work both as a team and independently;
- You are flexible and you dare to take initiative;
- You can handle change;
