Library Officer

Our client located in Brussel and active in the legal sector is looking for a Library Officer. The office can be reached by train or tramway.

As library officer, you have to


  • Maintain and update the library of the organisation
  • Manage the document-processing chain
  • Provide support to the client
  • Perform research on legal business topics
  • Manage informations sources




  • You are perfectly fluent in French, English and Dutch(with excellent writing skills);
  • You have a Master or bachelor degree in Library & documentation management
  • You are stress resistan, solution oriented, well organized & pro-active
  • You are proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular);
  • You have strong organizational and planning skills;
