Personal Assistant FR-NL-ENG
For one of our clients, a leading financial firm and located in the heart of Brussels (accessible with public transports), we are looking for a trilingual (FR-NL-ENG) Personal Assistant to the CEO.
As Personal Assistant you organise and coordinate the CEO’s professional as well as private schedules and your tasks will be:
- Manage and coordinate the agendas, schedules, meetings, events and travel arrangements
- Write emails, answer the phone and interact with very senior people
- Liaise with personal staff in Brussels and abroad
- Maintain databases and follow-up with investors
- Administrative tasks as edit correspondence, communications and presentations
- Conduct and collect data to prepare reports and documents
- Responsible for expense reports
- Organise some corporate events: invitations, catering, travel arrangements, hotel bookings
Your profile
- Perfectly trilingual: French – English and Dutch (written & spoken)
- Preferably a bachelor as executive/personal assistant or a bachelor in modern languages
- At least 5 to 10 years of experience providing support at a top level (i.e. CEO or business leader)
- Organized, dynamic, stress resistance
- Confidentiality, sense of priorities and great sense of service
- Excellent command of MS Office suite
- Initiative, interpersonal skills and flexibility
