Personal Assistant FR-NL-ENG

For one of our clients, a leading financial firm and located in the heart of Brussels (accessible with public transports), we are looking for a trilingual (FR-NL-ENG) Personal Assistant to the CEO.

As Personal Assistant you organise and coordinate the CEO’s professional as well as private schedules and your tasks will be:

  • Manage and coordinate the agendas, schedules, meetings, events and travel arrangements
  • Write emails, answer the phone and interact with very senior people
  • Liaise with personal staff in Brussels and abroad
  • Maintain databases and follow-up with investors
  • Administrative tasks as edit correspondence, communications and presentations
  • Conduct and collect data to prepare reports and documents
  • Responsible for expense reports
  • Organise some corporate events: invitations, catering, travel arrangements, hotel bookings


Your profile

  • Perfectly trilingual: French – English and Dutch (written & spoken)
  • Preferably a bachelor as executive/personal assistant or a bachelor in modern languages
  • At least 5 to 10 years of experience providing support at a top level (i.e. CEO or business leader)
  • Organized, dynamic, stress resistance
  • Confidentiality, sense of priorities and great sense of service
  • Excellent command of MS Office suite
  • Initiative, interpersonal skills and flexibility
