Trilingual management assistant

Our client located in Brussel and active in the legal sector is looking for a trilingual management assitant.

As management assistant, you will have to :

  • Manage the agenda of several managers
  • Plan the meetings + take the minutes
  • Manage incoming mails and telephone calls
  • Create presentation for meetings and seminars
  • Office management tasks: manage the stock of the office furniture, book and prepare some meeting rooms for the manager, take care of the catering, …
  • Help the management team with the optimization of the internal processes and tools
  • Manage and process expenses via internal tools


  • You are perfectly fluent in French, English and Dutch (with excellent writing skills);
  • You have at least 2 years of experience acquired in a similar role and in the corporate sector (law firms, high finance, management consulting, etc.);
  • You are stress resistant;
  • You are proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular);
  • You have strong organizational and planning skills;
  • You have an excellent corporate presentation, are genuinely service minded, with a very good teamspirit and common sense.
