Brussels Motorshow 2020 – Sales advisors & Hostesses

By 03/03/2020

This year again, the PROTEINE Team confirmed its presence at the Brussels Motor Show from the 9th to the 19th of January. A new attendance record has been reached: almost 500.000 visitors walked through the halls of the Heysel. Our 50 informants and 20 hostesses have brilliantly represented a dozen of cars and motorcycles brands.

The hostesses have the responsibility to welcome and inform visitors, including the distribution of the brand catalogues. They are the faces of the brand with a smile. The role of the Informants is to inform visitors on the cars and motorcycles from a technical and precise point of vue, which for, they previously have been trained by the brands. They also establish quotes that match the visitor’s expectations, which are directly transferred to the dealers for take over.

The biggest news for PROTEINE this year was the honour received to work with the organising compagnie of the Brussels Motors Show: la FEBIAC. Our 180 hostesses and hosts have wonderfully provided the following tasks: scanning at the entrance, selling the attendance tickets, cloakrooms and Info Points. All tasks that enabled the organisation to welcome such a big number of visitors.

Although there is a tough competition, our teams of hostesses, informants and hosts have proven to be professional and rigorous, qualities that won the hearts of the brands that collaborate with PROTEINE for several years now. Our informants and hostesses will for sure not forget this very positive experience. Among a list of essential skills that the PROTEINE staff masters you will find bilingual, commercial and client-oriented qualities.

Certain specific halls have also sparked the interest of the visitors. On one side, the exhibition “Dream Cars”, that became over the years a tradition, presented 40 stages with the latest innovations of the most prestigious car manufacturers. On the other side, the shared and soft mobility solutions occupied a central place. The exhibitors of #WeAreMobility highlighted their alternative mobility solutions during the entire Show.

In general, all present stakeholders of the sector, both the car manufacturers with their green innovations and specialised compagnies in this area, have been able to highlight their sustainable mobility solutions, with regard to the many environmental challenges that the sector faces.

Therefore, the PROTEINE Team is very proud to have contributed to the success of the Brussels Motor Show 2020 and is looking forward to do so again in 2021. Our teams will be ready to serve with a great deal of motivation and talent!
