Trilingual management assistant
Our client located in Brussel and active in the legal sector is looking for a trilingual management assitant.
As management assistant, you will have to :
- Manage the agenda of several managers
- Plan the meetings + take the minutes
- Manage incoming mails and telephone calls
- Create presentation for meetings and seminars
- Office management tasks: manage the stock of the office furniture, book and prepare some meeting rooms for the manager, take care of the catering, …
- Help the management team with the optimization of the internal processes and tools
- Manage and process expenses via internal tools
Profile
- You are perfectly fluent in French, English and Dutch (with excellent writing skills);
- You have at least 2 years of experience acquired in a similar role and in the corporate sector (law firms, high finance, management consulting, etc.);
- You are stress resistant;
- You are proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular);
- You have strong organizational and planning skills;
- You have an excellent corporate presentation, are genuinely service minded, with a very good teamspirit and common sense.
